Policy Services is charged with
overseeing the process of the HMO
Reinsurance, Provider Excess, and Medical
Excess lines of business from the time a
Request for Proposal (RFP) is submitted,
through the quote process and ultimately the
sold and renewal process.
This involves the management of RFP, sold
case and renewal processing, agent
appointment monitoring, product design,
product filings, policy drafting and
issuance, and records management.
Capturing this information is vital to
timely and accurate reporting. Policy
Services continually looks for ways to
streamline processes in order to provide
exceptional customer service.
