Suzi Johnson joined HCC Life Insurance Company in June, 1999 as Senior Vice President of Claims and Administration. She brings more than 31 years of experience in medical insurance to HCC Life Insurance Company. Suzi has been involved in the senior management and operations of TPAs, MGUs, and has worked closely with carriers and re-insurers.

Ms. Johnson previously devoted her time and skills to the development of SJ Solutions, a solely owned consulting company, which focused on auditing, education, and strategic planning. Due to the growth of her own company, she joined Northshore International Insurance Services as a Senior Consultant and provided medical auditing, training/consulting, and claims management to employers, insurers, and re-insurers.

Suzi also led reviews of MGUs, TPAs, and insurers, as well as worked closely in the medical stop loss marketplace resolving specific and aggregate claim concerns.
